Once you have placed your order, please ship your processor to :

Please either write your order number somewhere on your package, or include a copy of your order confirmation email.

We recommend shipping your CPU in it’s retail packaging. If you do not have your original packaging, please put it in an anti-static bag along with a bubble mailer.

  • United States based customers may ship to us using UPS, USPS, or FedEx. For International customers, please ship to us using DHL!

DO NOT ship anything other than your CPU. Items such as heatsinks will not be returned. Please list your order number inside the packaging. It is provided in your order confirmation.

Shipping directly from a retailer :

If you’re wanting to reduce shipping time and costs, you may ship a processor directly from a retailer (Newegg, Amazon, Micro Center, etc) to us for delidding. Just make sure you place an order for delidding with us first! You will then need to notify us on the tracking number so we can identify your package.
